勝間氏は，社会を健全に？機能させつつ，（女性が）上昇志向の強い人が上手に努力するための「方法」を提供することに関心があるようにみえる。

　それに対して，ひろゆき氏は，必ずしも社会的に成功できない人も，それぞれの「幸せ」を享受できるような社会を作ることに関心がある，と考えることができる。

　こう考えると，二人ともそれぞれの思う関心（信念）に照らしながら，社会を良い方向に導きたいという関心を持っているという点では共通しているのではないだろうか。

　双方とも自他の関心を可視化した上で，それぞれの信念を，よりよい社会を構築するための一つの「ツール」として位置づけ直すことで，少なくともそれをしないよりは，分かり合い，お互いの主張の意義を受け取ることができるようになると思う。

　このように信念対立に陥ってしまったときは，
（１）関心相関的観点から自他の主張の背景にある関心を相対化（対象化・自覚化）し，
（２）お互いがなぜそのような主張が正しいものだと確信しているのかを問い直し，
（３）それぞれの共通目的を可視化した上で，それぞれの関心をその共通目的化に位置づけ直す
という作業をすることで，分かり合える可能性が生まれるのだ（
